Over the past 10 years Manor Farm Leisure Ltd has been growing the golf side of the business with great success to offer playing facilities for varying levels of golfer. Now with 27 holes of golf the focus is on players coming to the courses to develop their game as well as playing.
Over the coming year we hope to turn Harvington Golf Academy into a friendly and informative place for you to learn about golf as well as being able to practice and play here too.
We will be offering a wide variety of teaching sessions aimed at individuals and groups and catering for all ages and abilities. Golf is a game that is difficult to improve without tuition.
Over the past 5 years Nigel Bambridge our teaching professional has been running courses in the area for all types of golfer and has taught indoors and outdoors with great success to people of all ages and given people a chance to learn about the swing, the mental side of the game and the equipment they play with. We want people to come and learn and indeed play in a relaxed way and have fun while doing so.
Now that technology is an integral part of the game we see every reason to use it and have spent the money wisely on modern equipment that include V1 video analysis, Vector Launch monitor and Zelocity pure flight radar. We also have the Tomi putting system. These along with numerous training aids are helping golfers better understand their own game.
Through constantly attending CPD programs we are gaining knowledge ourselves and keeping up with modern trends in the industry and that then benefits our clients. While you learn we learn.
The H.G.A together with Manor Farm Leisure Ltd see a chance to expand these philosophies for the every day golfer and offer numerous different packages for learning and playing.
We will also be upgrading our facility in the near future and incorporating a full custom fitting program in association with Snake Eyes Branded golf clubs of which we are already certified fitters.
This will give every player the chance to reach their full potential with the correct equipment.
We will also be doing repairs, loft & lie checks and re-gripping with a wide choice of grips available. It is important to keep your grips in good condition and for this reason we have grips to suit all budgets that will allow this to be possible..
